Are all your items in stock?Normally we only have items in our shop that we have in stock. In the unlikely event that your item is not in stock, we will contact you by email or telephone to review the options. If an item is on order and we are expecting delivery from our supplier we usually state this on the product page with an estimated delivery date.

Back to topWhy don't you show a contact telephone number?The beauty for us in running an internet business is the flexibilty this gives us to fit around our family and other commitments. We do not work regular office hours and have found in the past having a contact phone number has not worked for customers. We usually use email, although of course if a customer wants to discuss a matter with us they email us their number and at their request we telephone them back.
Back to topDo you deliver on Saturdays?We do not offer as standard a guaranteed delivery service for orders to arrive on Saturday simply because the delivery costs tend to be so much higher and most of our customers prefer to keep delivery costs as low as possible. If you have an urgent delivery request for a Saturday please contact us and we will do our best to help you. To give you an example a 2kg suitcase on our website would cost £27 for next day guaranteed Saturday delivery to mainland UK. Items which can be sent via Royal Mail will be significantly cheaper. Please contact us with details of the item(s) you would like to order and we can get you a quote. Orders required for Saturday delivery must be placed with us by Friday midday.
Back to topDo you have a catalogue?No not at present. Our product range is growing all the time and any brochure we might produce would soon be out of date. We recommend people sign up for our newsletter and join us on facebook to keep up to date with new products, special offers and promotions.
Back to topWhen will my order arrive?If your order is being sent guaranteed next day delivery within mainland UK and your order is placed before midday Monday - Thursday it will arrive the following day. You will receive an online tracking reference and the morning of your delivery you will be able to log on and see your allocated hour's delivery slot. We hope this will help you to plan your day better.
Orders received after midday may not be processed and despatched until the following day. Orders received on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend will be despatched on Monday.
Orders sent via Royal Mail are sent Royal Mail First Class Recorded and subject to the Royal Mail delivery schedules. Their aim is for this to be the next day, but this is not guaranteed.

Back to topDo your suitcases fit within Ryan Air Cabin Baggage Requirements?Ryan Air's guidelines state strictly one item of cabin baggage per passenger (excluding infants ie under 2 years old) weighing up to 10kg with maximum dimensions of 55cm x 40cm x 20cm is permitted. We state the size of our luggage on the website so that you can choose the right size luggage for your airline. Please note that Ryan Air also state that any handbag, briefcase, laptop, shop purchases, camera etc must be carried in your 1 permitted piece of cabin baggage.
