Delivery to Mainland UK*

We are pleased to offer Free Delivery to all UK mainland addresses* for orders over £50. This is a guaranteed next day delivery service for orders placed by 12pm. You will be emailed a tracking number to track progress of your delivery online once we have processed your order and the morning of your delivery can log on to see the 1 hour delivery slot you have been allocated. We hope this will help plan your day better. Please tell us when you place your order about any specific delivery instructions like a safe outside place to leave the package if you are not there (this service is only available for items sent using our next day delivery service - Royal Mail do not allow us to pass them specific delivery instructions). If there are no special instructions and you are not in when your delivery is made Interlink will leave a calling card so that you can rearrange delivery of your package.
If your order is under £50, we charge £5.50 P&P for orders containing suitcases. This is a guaranteed next day delivery service fulfilled by Interlink Express for all orders placed by 12pm.
For orders not containing suitcases we charge £2.50 for orders under £10 and £3.95 for all other orders. Packages are sent Royal Mail First Class Recorded. You can opt for the Express Next Day Delivery service via Interlink for £5.50 if you prefer.

Delivery Schedule
Please note all orders are despatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12pm are treated as if placed the following day and orders placed on a Saturday/Sunday will be deemed to have been placed on the following Monday.
Normally we have all goods displayed in stock but in the unlikely event the goods are not in stock, an email will be sent to you giving you the option to either wait for new stock to arrive or to cancel the order.
Saturday Delivery
We do not offer as standard a guaranteed delivery service for orders to arrive on Saturday simply because the delivery costs tend to be so much higher and most of our customers prefer to keep delivery costs as low as possible. If you have an urgent delivery request for a Saturday please contact us and we will do our best to help you. To give you an example a 2kg suitcase on our website would cost £27 for next day guaranteed Saturday delivery to mainland UK. Items which can be sent via Royal Mail will be significantly cheaper. Please contact us with details of the item(s) you would like to order and we can get you a quote. Orders required for Saturday delivery must be placed with us by Friday midday.
Credit Card Security
All of our credit/debit payments are processed via Paypal and are therefore protected by their extensive security processes and systems. We also use Verified by Visa for Visa payments.
Cancellations
Under the Direct Selling Regulations you are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish. If you wish to exercise this right prior to despatch of goods please contact us. If your order has already been despatched please follow our returns information below.
Returns
We hope you will be totally pleased with your purchase and will never feel the need to return anything to us. However should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to give you a full refund or exchange a product for any reason provided it is in an unused, fully resaleable condition. We would also kindly ask you to return it with the original packaging. Under the Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to a full refund of the cost of the goods provided notification is given of your intention to do so within 7 days of you receiving them. We are pleased to grant you up to 28 days from despatch of the goods to you to return them to us. We tell you by email when your goods are despatched to you.
In the first instance please contact us by email to let us know you will be returning the goods. We will then advise you where you should ship the goods back to. All you have to do is wrap the item in secure outer packaging, enclosing your details (and the order reference would be very helpful) and send it back to us at the address we give you. Please note you are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us so we strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage certificate. These are available free of charge from the post office. Please note that we do not refund you the cost of returning the items to us, unless the item is faulty, in which case you will be refunded for returning a faulty item to us.
To help us maintain a good service to our customers we would be really grateful if you could also tell us why you are returning the item.
Faulty Goods
All items are checked before they are despatched but if an item is faulty for any reason please return to us and we will give you a full refund or exchange as you prefer. In this instance we will bear the cost of you returning the goods to us.
