Delivery & Shipping 

UK orders are dispatched as standard by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For or through our nominated courier for larger items, unless you have opted for one of our expedited services.

If you are wishing to order items from outside the UK Mainland please contact us directly at info@kidstravel2.com or call us on +441509 239307, please state what you are wishing to order and your delivery address. In these circumstances we work with our nominated couriers to get you the best cost for delivery. Due to the various weights and sizes of products, your order and your location we are unable to apply a “one delivery cost fits all”. We will only charge the direct cost of shipping on your order.

We do not build a 'Delivery Allowance' into the price of our products and endeavour to keep handling, packing and postage costs down to a minimum.

 

Customs Duties & Taxes Disclaimer

When sending goods across international borders, goods maybe subject to duties and taxes as determined by customs in the destination country.

For customers purchasing from our website for delivery internationally (outside the UK and EU) please be aware that the customs charges for products bought may be levied by your local government. 

You’ll be contacted by your local courier or postal service company explaining how to pay any duties and taxes for dealing with customs. 

As duties and tax charges are not assessed until the shipment enters the destination country, therefore we cannot be held responsible for these additional charges as they are directly attributable to you as the importer of the goods.

 

Despatch Times

Standard orders received are dispatched within 2 working days, subject to stock availability and cleared funds. We will endeavour to keep you informed of anticipated dispatch dates if any delays do occur.

 

How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?

Orders are delivered by the most appropriate method. Excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, standard orders are usually delivered within 2 to 3 working days of the despatch date. We cannot guarantee delivery on a particular day. We cannot take responsibility for any delays in delivery by Royal Mail or nominated courier outside of our control including industrial action and subsequent disruption to the service.

 

Delivery Prices: *All delivery prices are based on the full price value of Products this is calculated during the check out process before payment.

 

Return Of Faulty Goods

We hope you will enjoy our products but if you are not entirely satisfied or in the unlikely event that the product is damaged/faulty please contact us within 30 day of receipt of goods. You can contact us at the following address: info@kidstravel2.com.

We will do our best to resolve any situation by either replacing the product or refunding the cost of the product. We regret that postage & packaging are direct costs and cannot be refunded in all circumstances.

If the return is required as a result of our error, we will happily refund both the outbound & the return postage charges. Postage is at customer cost and it is recommended a proof of postage certificate is obtained.

No refunds will be made for items returned, but not received by us if no proof of posting was obtained. In all other circumstances, the cost of return postage and the original postage charge are both non-refundable.

In the case of a cancellation only basic delivery costs will be refunded in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

 

Cancellation Policy

In accordance with statutory law (Consumer Contract Regulations), you may cancel your order at any time without reason, by returning the goods and/or giving us notice within 14 working days of delivery. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days runs from when you get the last of the batch.

This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. You will be refunded within 14 days of our receipt of the goods, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is sooner. 

Please note that it is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure they are returned to us safely & in a saleable condition. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which a customer can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
